The key to our Behaviour Change work is harnessing emotions to inspire, and sometimes confront, people to willingly change their behaviour for good.
Crucial to the process is understanding our audiences’ circumstances and beliefs which inform intentions – why we do what we do. Intentions manifest themselves in behaviour, in turn reinforcing beliefs in a continuing cycle. In our aim to change beliefs, we introduce an intervention that is based on an emotional truth to create an emotional connection to the desired behaviour.

12 years ago, we cofounded and since co-fund BehaviourWorks and our partnership has led to a unique approach to inspiring change, with a model that explores the emotions that underpin beliefs and behaviours. It’s why our work is different. And it’s how we’ve achieved deep and lasting positive change time and again.
