Drop The Act

Client: Incolink

The behaviour:

Construction workers are over 50% more likely to take their own lives than people from other industries due to a multitude of factors including workload stresses, being worn out after years of physical toil on the job, financial pressures, substance abuse, relationship breakdowns, and more. In this ‘tough guy’ working environment, they fear sharing their feelings with fellow workers.

The change:

We helped inspire workers suffering with these overwhelming thoughts to ‘drop the act’ and showed fellow workers how simple it is to help by having a chat, guiding them to the support services and potentially save a life.
